If you find a competitor’s lower price on the same stocked item, we’ll match it.

Our lowest prices policy means that if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that's available for dispatch within 48 business Hours or collection, we'll match it. 

Our Price Match Guarantee includes products you find online - as long as the item is identical and in stock. When assessing the PMG from online stores we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location via an Australian online store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will match that total price.

What proof do I present when requesting a price match?

Simply provide a Zanvak Online Live Chat team member proof of the competitor's current advertisement or website address, showing the offer's end date and any terms and conditions. A Live Chat team member may check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the product.

Once your price match request is verified, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at the lower price.

Can I use ‘Interest Free’ as my method of payment?

Yes. If the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product includes an ‘Interest Free' payment option (with the same payment term), you will have the option to pay using a current Interest Free payment option. 

What Products Qualify?

Your product needs to be identical to our stocked item including: matching brand, model number, condition, packaging and colour in order to be eligible. Also, the matched price needs to apply to the competitor's final price, including freight, taxes and other additional charges, in AUD$, along with a dispatch date no longer than 48 business hours.

What are the exclusions?

• Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
• Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor or Wholesaler.
• Pricing errors.
• Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
• Trade quotes
• Stock liquidations
• Commercial quantities
• Promotional sales/discounts
• Marketplace products (e.g. Amazon, EBay, Kogan)
• Businesses outside Australia
• Product Brand "84 Engineering"
